Order Fulfillment
Orders take up to 24 hours to process before shipping. Most orders will ship within 2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship within 2 days of the following Monday, excluding holidays.
Time in Transit
All transit times given are estimates and include processing time. Delivery may take longer for some, extended areas.
• Priority Mail arrives within 7-14 business days.
• Global Expres arrives within 7-14 business days.
• UPS Saver 5-7 business days.
Note: Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive emailed shipping details and a tracking number when your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Time in transit is based on your selected shipping service as outlined above. These times are estimates and can vary depending on location, delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen factors. When tracked, if a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check in your surrounding area (porch, side yard, front desk, reception area, etc..) before contacting customer support.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes. Please use your actual address for shipping. Any orders entered with a PO Box shipping address will delay processing.
Order History & Tracking
UPS offers a frequently updated, high visibility tracking service by visiting www.ups.com and entering the tracking number provided for your order. Initial tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after your shipment has been processed.
